Ingredients

COOKIES & CREAM TRUFFLES

  • 2 Quest Cookies & Cream Protein Bars, chopped
  • 1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 chocolate sandwich cookie, crushed for topping

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and place the chopped bars onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove and let cool.
  4. Place the baked and cooled bar pieces into a food processor and pulse until small crumbles form.
  5. Add in the protein powder, cream cheese and almond milk.
  6. Pulse until a dough comes together.
  7. Separate the dough into 14 evenly sized balls.
  8. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in 15 second intervals, stirring between each turn until the chocolate is smooth.
  9. Drop each ball into the chocolate using a fork.
  10. Let the excess chocolate drip before placing on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. Repeat until you have covered all the balls.
  12. Top with crushed cookie crumbles and chill until chocolate is solid.
