I received a whole lot of nice suggestions on my earlier podcast about weightlifting cues.

In that episode, I lined my favourite cues for the squat, deadlift, and bench press.

So, I assumed I’d do one other episode masking the very best cues for the entrance squat, overhead press, pull-up, chin-up, and the barbell row, that are a few of my favourite workout routines apart from the “large three.”
