Physical activity is not only a luxury but a necessity to remain healthy. And even with a tight schedule, you must always find the time to engage in exercise. But you don’t need to go for an intensive workout regimen. Simply walking for an hour a day can make a difference in your cardiovascular health. So make time for even light exercise. If you fall ill or get sick, it’s important to heed the advice of your doctor instead of self-medicating because this can cause more problems than it solves.
