Ingredients
COOKIES & CREAM TRUFFLES
- 2 Quest Cookies & Cream Protein Bars, chopped
- 1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 chocolate sandwich cookie, crushed for topping
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and place the chopped bars onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
- Place the baked and cooled bar pieces into a food processor and pulse until small crumbles form.
- Add in the protein powder, cream cheese and almond milk.
- Pulse until a dough comes together.
- Separate the dough into 14 evenly sized balls.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in 15 second intervals, stirring between each turn until the chocolate is smooth.
- Drop each ball into the chocolate using a fork.
- Let the excess chocolate drip before placing on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat until you have covered all the balls.
- Top with crushed cookie crumbles and chill until chocolate is solid.
