How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

January 14th, 235 pounds approximately 26% (guess) body fat.

November 13th, 206 pounds 13-14% body fat. 10 months progress.

What has happened so far on the program?

Cut for about 6 months and lost 35 pounds. Lean bulked for 3 months and added about 5 more pounds. I was getting new PR’s in the gym almost every week before the shutdown.
