Or a sweaty dude snuggling with me whereas I squat.

Or being shrieked at to “dig deep,” “really feel the burn,” or “let the massive canines eat.”

Or making an attempt to catch my breath mid-set in a noxious haze of somebody’s fart.

I’m not talking hypothetically, both.

After 13 years within the health club, I’ve seen a lot of unhealthy recognizing (and plenty of bizarre shit on the whole).

Therefore, this podcast.
