Ingredients
PEANUT BUTTER CUP STRAWBERRY TART
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsps cold butter, chopped
FILILNG
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 package Quest Peanut Butter Cups
TOPPING
- 6 strawberries, thinly sliced
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare 2 small (4″) tart pans with non-stick spray.
- Place all the crust ingredients into a food processor and pulse just until a dough forms.
- Separate the dough into two evenly sized balls and press them into each tart pan (bottom and up the sides).
- Bake the crust for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- Chop the peanut butter cups into small pieces and sprinkle them over the crust.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt together the heavy cream and chocolate until smooth.
- Distribute the chocolate between the crusts, spreading it in an even layer over the peanut butter cup pieces.
- Chill until solid.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries over the chocolate and enjoy!
